1. Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Certain items (such as innerwear, personal care, hygiene products, and clearance items) are not eligible for return due to safety reasons.

2. Provide your order ID and reason for return.


3. Our team will guide you through the pickup/return process.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested product is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
